Hello. I am using your creatine and need some advice. The packaging says that a full spoon is 5 grams. But there are divisions on the spoon, and a full spoon is 10. (probably a gram). What to follow? The inscriptions on the packaging, or the marks on the spoon? How do I measure 5 grams?
