Shipping policy

Next Working Day Delivery (UK Only) is FREE on orders of £75 and over or £3.99 for orders under £75.

Your order will be delivered via DPD or Royal Mail.

This service aims to deliver the next working day, however we can not guarantee Saturday delivery.

Please note for all orders it is important that customers leave a contact number. DPD are able to offer a 1 hour delivery window providing customers can be contacted.

If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, you should receive your goods the next day. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on that day and delivered by Tuesday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left.

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Box addresses, including military.

Please note: We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by customs processing for international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If the parcel is returned to us due to non payment of duty fee's or non collection. Then shipping cost's will be deducted from your refund.

Terms of postage
In the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 5 working days have passed, please email us at support@naughtyboylifestyle.com. 

We will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs. 

All parcels will be dispatched on the next working day if placed after 3pm.
