Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included.

If you wish to return your items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore we can only issue refund or exchange once we have received it.

If your order has been returned due to failed delivery attempts, and no attempt has been made by the customer to rearrange delivery. Once we receive your order, we will deduct postage costs from the total order amount. If you wish for your order to be resent, then you will be charged for any delivery costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund is processed please allow 3-5 working days for it to reach your account. Please allow for slight delays. If you haven't received your refund within 7 days, please contact your credit card/bank account to check the status of your refund. If you still haven't received your refund after this time has elapsed.
